"Really enjoyed the keeper talks"
The keeper talks were really interesting, and the demos were good too. I learned more than I expected, which is always a nice bonus. My only small gripe is that the timings could’ve been a bit clearer, because I did find myself double-checking where I was meant to be next. Not a huge issue, but it would’ve made the day a bit easier

The site was easy enough to use, but I had mixed feelings when it came time to book. The security information wasn’t very clear, and that made me a bit nervous about entering my details. I wanted to trust it, but I didn’t feel completely safe moving forward.

I used blairdrummond.com to check prices and book tickets for a day out, i was a bit wary at first because I always worry about getting caught out by confusing sites or sneaky extras.
But it was actually really easy to use. The pages loaded quickly, the tickets were simple to find, and the opening times and other info were clear instead of being buried somewhere. It worked fine on my phone too, which was a relief.
No weird forms, no messing about, and nothing that made me feel like I was being tricked. I got it all sorted in a few minutes and I’d happily use the site again

"We had a really lovely time here…"
We had a really lovely time here. The kids absolutely loved seeing the animals and spent ages enjoying the play areas. The only downside was that the queues for food were a bit long, but overall it was a fun day out and we’d definitely go back.

Took the kids last weekend and, overall, I was happy with how the rides were looked after. Everything seemed to be running properly, nothing looked run-down, and the staff were checking seats before each ride, which definitely made me feel better. We’ve been to places where rides keep breaking down, so it was nice not dealing with that. The kids got plenty of turns and had a great time. A few small things could’ve been smoother, but in terms of the rides and safety, I felt good about it.

"Nice day out, especially with kids"
We had a really good day at the park, and one thing I appreciated was how many toilets there were dotted around. With kids, that makes such a difference. A few of them got a bit busy at times, but they were mostly clean enough and easy to find. Compared with some other parks we’ve been to where you’re hunting around for ages, this was much more convenient. No real complaints from us.

We had such a brilliant day at Blair Drummond, and I’m not even joking, the signage basically saved our sanity. The kids were charging around like tiny wild animals themselves, and somehow we still didn’t get lost once. Not once! The map boards were super handy too, especially when we needed to bounce between the animals, food, and toilets at emergency speed. It made the whole day feel way less stressful than I was expecting. Would absolutely go back.

Had a really lovely visit to Blair Drummond. The staff were so nice… like, genuinely friendly from the moment we came in, right through to the cafe and around the park. We got a bit unsure about where to head next, and one staff member helped us out without making us feel silly for asking, which I really appreciated. It just made the whole day feel easy and relaxed. I’d happily go back again.

We had a really good day here, although I can’t quite remember if we saw the lions before or after lunch because the whole day sort of blurred together. There were way more animals than I expected — lions, monkeys, giraffes, rhinos, and loads of smaller ones too. The kids didn’t get bored once, which is rare for us. It was easy to walk around and we never felt rushed, though by the end I had no idea how long we’d actually been there.

"Busy, but still a good day out"
We went on a weekend and, you could tell quickly that was the peak-time pattern, lots of families arriving around the same time, food queues building up near lunch, and the safari section slowing down in certain spots.
That said, it never felt so packed that it spoiled the day. The staff seemed to know where the bottlenecks usually happen and did their best to keep things moving. We still had a really nice time and I’d go again, though I’d probably try a weekday next time to see if it flows a bit better

"Refund sorted okay"
Had to cancel our booking. Wasn’t sure how it would go, but it was fine. The info was clear enough. Got a reply after a short wait.
The refund took a few days. Normal, I guess. I did chase once. Still, it was handled okay. Would book again.

The park itself was great for keeping the kids busy for hours, which made it feel worth the money. The only downside was the food inside being a bit on the pricey side, though I suppose that’s not too surprising at places like this.
Overall, it was a good value day out and we’d go again. I’d probably bring a few snacks next time to save a bit, but curious if anyone else found the food prices a bit steep too?

"Caring staff and relaxed animals"
You can tell the staff really care here. The animals all looked happy, calm, and well looked after, which was lovely to see. I also appreciated that the receipt/email confirmation was clear and easy to find afterward

"Busy but surprisingly smooth"
Went to Blair Drummond last weekend with the kids and, weirdly, I was actually impressed by the queues. I normally can’t stand waiting around, and it definitely was busy, but the staff kept everyone moving and were really clear about where to go. So while I’d still say there were a lot of people, it somehow didn’t feel like we wasted half the day standing in line. Made the whole visit much easier than I expected.

"This was disappointing. The way..."
This was disappointing. The way it was described made it sound like we’d be seeing animals all over the place, but we barely saw any during the whole drive-through. Traffic moved really slowly too, so most of the time we were just sitting there waiting and looking at empty areas. The wording felt misleading for what it actually was. Definitely didn’t feel worth the money for us...

"Food was a bit of a letdown"
We had a really nice day out overall, but the food and drinks were disappointing. The burger was dry, the chips were kind of cold, and the coffee tasted weak. It’s not even about expecting anything fancy, but for the price, I did think it would be better. Next time we’d probably just bring our own snacks.
